After getting up and having breakfast another tour to San Francisco was planned for today. We decided not to take the freeways today but drove throughout the city. Thus it took some more time; on the other hand one could get impressions and see things you won't see from the freeway.

First question now - where to find a parking lot? Of course there are plenty of them in San Francisco, but one has to exactly look for the rates: at attractions like Fisherman's Wharf paying hourly rates of $8 and more is no rarity. Because our main target was the Golden Gate Bridge we tried it on the visitor's parking lot there. But no chance, all lots occupied, and people walking towards their cars had just missed something but didn't want to drive away. After two rounds there we drove on one block - and look, there we could park for free for up to 3 hours.

The Golden Gate Bridge was enclosed in fog today - the several times we've been here, it was the first time we saw it this way. Temperatures were very low today, in the mid-50s, but anyway - the view was worth it. We only refrained from walking the whole bridge this time.

So we weren't back too late. Quick lunch break at Subway, and then we headed back for the motel, this time taking the freeway. After all we still had enough to do before leaving tomorrow for going home: pack our bags, take care for the weight... Anyway there was time for the pool – eventually we had 80°F again.

For our final dinner we chose the buffet again. We went to bed quite early today, because we would have to get up very
