Again today we were awake much earlier than anticipated. The additional time was used by some of us for a refreshing bath in the motel pool. Afterwards we again went for a tasty breakfast in the Valley Eatery.

Then we started towards Tucson, today’s destination was the Saguaro National Park. In the visitor’s center we bought the first souvenirs and the "America The Beautiful" Pass – what gave us free entry to all National Parks. Beneath the wonderful giant cacti we went and drove some mile. Many cacti were blooming in various colors what made the sight much more beautiful. And in between we had a luscious picnic on one of the park’s picnic areas.

Whilst visiting the park the sun burned from sky so pretty and brought us temperatures of 30°C and above. The wind blow and brought some of us a well “toned” skin.

The rides to and from Tucson went well and were simply fine.

And at night the run for a good dinner! But it seemed like being jinxed – not one open restaurant. Finally we again came to Denny’s and were welcomed by Angie. And now again everybody could eat one’s fill.

In the end we planned the next days, and then we said good night.
